MICROCOSM IN AUSTRALIA
WHERE CAN I FIND A MICROCOSM IN AUSTRALIA?
Hologram Electronics is not supplying dealers in Australia with Microcosm at this time. For the foreseeable future, the only way to secure a Microcosm is to order directly through our web store.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HAVE A MICROCOSM DELIVERED TO AUSTRALIA?
We collect a $50 USD shipping fee for all international orders. We ship via DHL Express, and orders typically arrive in 3-5 days once shipped.
We are unable to pay import duties on behalf of Australian customers. Accordingly, we do not collect VAT for orders destined for Australia, and the buyer will be responsible for all charges needed to clear these packages.
WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY PACKAGE OR PEDAL?
If there are any complications that arise in the process of shipping, be it a damaged/lost package, Hologram Electronics support will take care of it. If VAT charges were collected at checkout, you will not be responsible for paying any additional charges at customs.
All of our pedals come with a 1-year factory warranty that covers manufacturing defects. In the event a warranty claim needs to be filed and a Microcosm needs repair/inspection, we cover all the costs of shipping, both to and from our shop.
