Upfront and transparent tax collection
When it comes to international orders, we understand the frustration of unexpected fees and charges upon delivery. That’s why we’ve implemented a transparent tax collection process.
When ordering anything internationally, there are VAT and import duty charges that need to be paid in order for the goods to clear customs. To streamline and bring transparency to this process, we collect these duties up front on international orders, which are labeled as “sales tax” on our website. This exact cost is automatically calculated by our web store on a per country basis, so you will never overpay for these fees.
Because taxes are being collected upfront at checkout, you will not be required to pay additional fees for your pedal to pass through customs. The final price you pay at checkout is the final cost you are responsible for paying.

Fast, hassle-free delivery
We ship international orders via DHL Express, which is the fastest international shipping option. Most international orders only spend 3-7 days in transit once leaving our workshop.
As previously mentioned, collecting all import duties and taxes upfront allows your pedal to pass through customs easily and without getting held for additional payment.

Warranties
Our products are covered by a warranty. Our support team is available to troubleshoot, diagnose potential issues, and find resolutions. If there's any issue covered by your pedal's warranty, we will replace your pedal for free. We use a network of international hubs that allow you to generate prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Why we do it this way.
When working with dealers or retailers, the price of the product is typically higher in order to account for dealer fees. Dealers typically require an additional 30-50% profit which ultimately gets passed on to the customer. Since our company is direct, there are no mark ups and the product is available at the lowest possible price.
In addition to traditional dealer markups, international distributors will also have to pay import duties and taxes, which is another crucial component of the final price you pay when buying through distributors outside of the U.S.
